$150.00 to $200.00 ...................add $12.00

Add $1.50 per each additional $100.00 of value.

For UPS or Fed EX shipment add $5.00 to above rates for
orders under $500.00

Orders to locations outside the United States are subject to the charges and regulations of each individual Country.
